a CRM tool to replace emails and tracking of new sales

Hello everyone! I hope you all are doing well.

Do you guys have any suggestions for softwares that can replace a manual process based on exchanging emails for tracking new sales and opportunities. I was thinking about Microsoft dynamics, did anyone try it before or has experience on it?
