I know these exist, but what are they called and can you give me some examples? Again I'm asking about software that aggregate phone calls, texts and emails to clients in a centralized repository.

EDIT 1: Specifically I'm thinking of a mortgage team of 5 people that all make calls, send texts and send emails to their clients they are doing mortgages for. I've heard about software that logs all this communication and makes it available centrally so all team members have access to it.
