CRM / database / project management

I am a commercial real estate agent who has a looked at a lot of CRMs. I am Looking at using monday.com as a crm/property database. It seems like a lot of people on the r/projectmanagement sub think monday.com is not good. I chose monday.com because of the customizable options, the interface, and the integrations. It seemed like I could get it to function very similar to pipedrive, if set up correctly, but with more options. Anybody have any thoughts on this? Did I choose the wrong software? If I did, what do you recommend?
