Looking for a mailing program that can make mailing labels for customers on a specific date.

I need a program that stores customers by address that can help me send out chimney sweep reminders every years or so on a specific month. I used Quickbooks customer manager years ago and come to find out that it has been abandon. From it, I was able to copy the customer's info by date and paste them onto a sheet of mailing labels to stick onto reminder post card at the first of every month.
