I am looking to find a CRM solution for a small specialty sub-contractor in construction. We need to track Leads/Opportunities "projects" throughout the lifecycle of Announcement – Bidding and qualify potential General Contractors that will bid on the projects.
It seems that all CRM's I have found track a Company/Contact as the lead/opportunity and not a project. I will need to assign multiple contacts to a project and track emails and correspondence between them.
I would also like to use this as the general contact list for marketing purposes.
Has anyone had any dealings with a non custom software like this?
