Searching for a CRM software

I have telecallers who aren't able to manage the data every day properly. The leads generated from Facebook and Google need to be tapped on properly and a note should be made regarding the same.

I am looking for a CRM software that can be integrated with Facebook Leads and can be managed by atleast a team of two-three people
