Looking for a small insurance business CRM – which ones do you like?

So, I just started a new job as a database manager for a health and life insurance salesperson and would like to find the right web-based CRM. Right now, I’m trying out Salesforce, but think there might be better options for a small business. (And, if possible, one that’s easier to learn.) Any recommendations? Thanks!
