Looking for a CRM to Manage Reoccurring Clients

Hi guys! I’m currently in the process of setting up a CRM for my workplace, but I’m having a hard time choosing which one. I work for a horseback riding facility with over 180 students, who we are currently keeping track of with a google doc.

We’d like to be able to use a CRM to keep track of their contact info, their riding level, and what programs they are apart of (then filter based on this info). We would also like to use this interface to send out branded emails, and invoices.

Any suggestions?
