Crm for Small Business

Hi Everyone! I am looking for a crm that will help us organize our leads. Would like to have something that is able to create reports. Also, something that could track emails and also calls. A feature that could store pictures of business cards is also a plus. If it has a mobile app, that would be a plus. Only 3 of us will be using it. The more economical the better. I saw these features on the premium version of hubspot but I dont think we want to spend over 5k a year.
