I'm looking for a new CRM for an advocacy oriented nonprofit. We'd like to have a better way of tracking contacts made between our organization and supporters/volunteers, events and event participants (for whenever those are a thing again…), donors, and folks on our email list (about 3.5K people right now).
Currently we're using Action Network for our email program which has been adequate so far. However, we just brought on a small organizer team who is meeting with supporters and engaging them in our work and we'd like a better way of tracking interactions with those contacts in a system that could also track interaction those contacts had through our email program, and any donations those contacts make.
I've budgeted $3K for a new CRM, but obviously would love to not have to spend that much money if there are more affordable options that do that trick.
