How convenient it would be if you can undo changes in Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Apps records with just one click?

Undo Recent Changes
Sam starts the day by updating information in Dynamics 365 CRM. Today, in his hurry he accidentally updated the company name and business number of another customer and saves it. It comes to his attention instantly but even if he can rectify the company name, he doesn’t know the correct business number of the customer to rectify it. So, what does he do? He just clicks on the ‘Click2Undo’ button to undo the recent change he has made in the record. Now the record is back to its previous state with the correct company name and business number.
Undo Past Changes
After some time, Sam’s colleague approaches him saying that the new business id given to him of a customer is not working. He asks Sam for the old business id as he has to send a Quote to the customer. But Sam had updated the id couple of weeks ago and he doesn’t have the old id at hand. Now, in such a situation, it is difficult and time-consuming to retrieve old data and restore it. But Sam has no issue at all. He just clicks on the ‘History’ button on the record and a list of all changes made to the record for the past month is displayed on the screen. From this list, he selects the change made a couple of weeks ago and clicks on the ‘Undo’ button. The record is now updated with the old business email id. Sam’s colleague is quite happy with the result as they didn’t have to spend time and effort searching for the id.
Restore Deleted Record(s)
Later in the day, it comes to Sam’s attention that he had accidentally deleted one of the records from his contact list. Earlier in such a situation, it would have been very difficult to retrieve the deleted record from Dynamics 365 CRM. But with Click2Undo installed in his CRM system, Sam just goes to the ribbon bar and clicks on the ‘Restore Deleted’ button. Now a list of all deleted records is displayed on the screen. From this list, he just selects the record he had deleted accidentally and clicks on the ‘Restore’ button. And instantly the record is restored to its previous state in the system. With Click2Undo at his disposal, Sam now rarely worries about losing Dynamics 365 CRM data by mistake or accident.
