Welcome to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) training insights series. In our fifth session, we will be providing training insights on supply chain capabilities. We will cover the audience, content, timing, nature, and approach to this training and finish with a quick tip.
Similar to the product management area, supply chain has two different audiences. The first one is the core team that will be making decisions on how the supply chain is modelled and managed within the system. The second one is a much larger audience who move goods through the supply chain in their daily operations such as procurement, sales, logistics, etc. Both audiences need to understand how the supply chain is modeled and used in D365.
