CRM for subscription based online business

Looking for a recommendation on a CRM that best suits a subscription-based company. I'm looking to manage things like email communication, free sign ups versus paid sign ups, email follow ups for those who did not sign up, payment reminders etc.

I'm a start-up so not looking for anything too intense or expensive so any recommendations would help.
