Fastpath Solutions announced that it has received a new round of investment from Pamlico Capital. Faspath provides governance, risk and compliance software. The company’s founder and CEO Andy Snook will maintain a significant ownership in the company, although additional transaction details were not made public.
Fastpath’s primary product, Assure, is a SaaS cross-platform visibility product for ERP platforms. Currently, it is used by 1000 customers across 30 countries.
