Alternatives to Salesforce Communities for My Use Case?

I'm currently looking for a CRM for my small business (it's both B2B and B2C). I need it to:

– Have a self-service help page for buyers

– Have an area where my affiliates and partner businesses can login and view some products, as well as interact with me, ask questions, etc.

– Have a way to track leads and potential businesses we wanna partner with

I know Salesforce Communities can do this, but is there any other CRM or PRM that can do this for a small business budget?
