I am a commercial insurance agent and I’m looking for a more effective way to track cold calls and information I’ve collected on those calls. Every CRM I have looked at has so many functions I have zero interest in. I just want a base model option.
In a perfect world I just want to be able to have all of the company information, call notes and contact information all on one screen. I don’t want to have to upload companies, upload contact information separately and then once a company becomes a “lead” I have to make a new “lead”. You can’t convert a “company” over to a “lead”.
I hope that makes sense, I’m frustrated and just need to focus on calling companies and setting appointments. Not this fluff.
