Looking for a sales crm Suggestions

I run a linkbuilding agency and would like a sales crm to manage my sales team.

Use case scenario:
I have a list of qualified leads that give me links on monthly basis. I used to pitch these brands htmyself, but now I'm outsourcing to my sales team. I need a crm to manage this.

I need following features:
1. custom pricing (read: sales incentives, tier based pricing, etc),
2. deadlines (based on sales targets
3. Creating a profile for qualified lead ( link building preferences, etc.).
And other essential features
Integrations with email, clickup, Airtable, collaboration, invoicing, etc.
Can Hubspot crm do this?
