CRM App/tool to sync call logs to a CRM website.

I’m searching for an android CRM tool mainly to auto sync call logs from a work mobile to web based service.

As I have given one of my sales employees a mobile phone (Android) and I’d like to keep track of his daily calls ( dialed calls, missed calls and so forth). My goal is to monitor his productivity and responsiveness in term of calling back our customers and clients. Do you guys happen to know of any website or App that can provide this kind of service… Thanks
