CRM for pre-series A B2C subscription model startup

Hi all! We are looking for a CRM or data aggregation tool that could help us manage the relationship with our subscribers. For more context we are looking for a tool where:

– We can add notes or email threads that we have with our members. We would like to use our generic GSuite email accounts for this, not necessarily go into a tool like Zendesk to have those conversations

– Ideally it would integrate with product metrics or have an API that we can use via Zapier for adding metadata to users

– It should be easy to integrate with Stripe

What we are considering:- Zendesk Sunshine

– Segment.com

– Hubspot

Any recommendations or tradeoffs that you want to share?
