Since Dynamics 365 is a vast customer relationship management system, it deals with bulk of data and at several instances its users make changes that are not desired. Restore last changes

Suppose Sam imports bulk records for some business requirement. Here, for few records erroneous data is imported and therefore, Sam needs to restore their previous state. In such a scenario, Sam simply clicks on Click2Undo button and the data is restored to their previous state.

Now, Click2Undo button is clicked and last state is restored.

Restore changes done in past

With the help of Click2Undo Sam can restore the changes done to a record in the past. For instance there was a change in the record’s data one month ago. The change done in the past one month can be done using Click2Undo. By default with Click2Undo changes that were done in past 30 days can be restored.

Let’s undo history changes. For this click the side arrow button next to Click2Undo and select history. The History changes will appear, Sam can select the changes he wants to restore and these changes will be undone in the record.

Restore changes done in multiple records

In a scenario Sam needed to change certain data in few records as per a new deal so he goes ahead and changes them. But for some business requirement the deal does not fructify so he needed to re-instate the altered data to their previous state. In such a case there is no provision in Dynamics 365 to restore the changes done in the record. Here, Click2Undo comes to his rescue. He can select all those records whose last state has to be restored and bring back the records to their original state.
