Microsoft dynamics 365 business central *CRM?* vs Netsuite CRM

Hello everyone,

We are looking to change our ERP and the CRM is something big that we need.

We are torn between Netsuite which include a CRM and dynamics 365 business central, which is unclear if there is a ''real'' CRM. I know there is microsoft CRM that work with business central but we try to get similar pricing to see whats best.

We are a sales compagnie, we do project managing and distributions. We have a gross sale of 20 millions per year. We do 500 orders per month.

Which one will provide the best CRM for us ?
