Our Microsoft Dynamics expert Kevin has created a brand new series called “Off the Deep End”. The goal is to take a deeper look at the Dynamics products, showcasing features and functions that are relatively unknown. For example, connecting Outlook and Business Central.
In the first episode, we take a look at Outlook contact insight integration and email tracking in Business Central. Once set up, you can access information from your Microsoft Dynamics Business Central system right in Outlook. This allows you to do things like send invoices right from an email request. You can also track the interactions you’ve had with clients and their accounts.
