Children’s Museum Looking for a Lighter, More Manageable CRM than Altru

I work for Wonder Universe: A Children's Museum in Christianburg, VA. We currently have Altru by Blackbaud. However, it seems to have many features that don't we don't use at all. It's also about $2000 a month which is a significant part of our budget. Ease of use would be another factor to consider even though I am prepared for a learning curve with any new system. We're looking for recommendations for a CRM platform that focuses on donor relations, memberships, and point of sale (online tickets). Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
