( votes)Hi everyone, my friend came to me the other day with questions regarding contact management. He recently got promoted to work in a commercial firm downtown. With that, his contacts are going from 60 to over 5000 people and wants a good way to manage them for things such as cold calls and just general information.
What CRM software(s) or system(s) are considered the most suitable for someone who just needs the ability to add contacts with name, number, email, address, and a comments/notes section? He would also need the ability to query based on keyword so whether it be any of those values above, it needs to be able to search the "comments/notes" section as well.
Ultimately, it doesn't hurt if the system also offers other features aside from what my friend needs. I believe he will enjoy additional features as he grows such as reporting and analytics.
