So after working in a number of different sectors with lots of platforms I have been contemplating "The power of the CRM" over the last few weeks. It does not matter which project I seem to join, CRM always comes into the conversation. Don't get me wrong they can do some great things when used to solve the right problems. However, my biggest takeaway's are:
- The licensing models are too complex.
- Cost of entry is out of reach for some small businesses.
