Which CRM would provide each of these following features. For a local government department.

  • Intake surveys for new clients
  • Registration forms for classes/events
  • Sign-in forms at registrations/events
  • Ability to see a client's complete profile all together (intake info, contact info, classes attended, services utilized)
  • Ability to track communications with client
  • Preferably cloud-based
