Sales enablement vendor Outreach is introducing a “native bi-directional” integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.

The company enters the Dynamics channel with an integration and approach that it “perfected with Salesforce”, a channel in which the vendor is already well established.

“[O]ur integration with Dynamics 365 Sales extends our proven system of action to help reps free up their time to focus on relationship-building and closing deals,” wrote Outreach “product storyteller” Sunny Bjerk in a blog post announcing the integration. Outreach can also work with other mIcrosoft products including Outlook, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Outreach is one of the biggest players in the sales enablement segment. Vendors in this space are focused on optimizing and automating the right steps in outreach efforts so sales reps can focus their time on the most critical activities rather than routine tasks involved in maintaining their list of accounts and opportunities.
