HELP New Media Company searching for CRM

I work in a new media start up and we are looking for a CRM.

We do not necessarily have a budget limit but we worry we will end up getting a CRM that provides us with way more than we need.

Our needs:

– Integration with gmail and google calendar

– Reporting

– Email templates

– Client profile w/ email record

– Assigned tasts

– Contact import

– Client tracking progress

– Date triggered emails (ie, follow ups, thank you emails, feedback emails).

I noticed CRM's like Active Campaign does all the following, but their platform is heavily marketing based, it providing us with way more than what we need. We are not focusing on the marketing emails and materials as our partner company handles all that.
