Best CRM for integrating social media profiles & email?

I work for a small beverage company but would love to start using a CRM that can integrate email and multiple social platforms (Instagram, FB, Twitter, Linkedin). It'd likely only be me and maybe one other person using it. I feel like Googling this is getting me nowhere. Help?
