CRM for small contractor. Looking for database creation from web form, scheduling, workorders, and follow-up

Company of owner, supervisor and 2 field crew employees.

Owner supervisor would be in charge of everything , so the employees would only be receiving workorders. Now we manually fill out workorders and send them out via whatsapp, was thinking maybe having the crm be a 1 license deal, integrate with whatsapp and be done with it.

Any recommendations for a CRM that they can use? As mentioned it is for a contractor business and will need to scrape all information from estimate request forms, start leads, move them along to sales, move the info to workorders, and follow p with a satisfaction survey after work is completed.
