The CRM Software Blog Quick Quote Wizard has been providing working estimates for Microsoft Dynamics CRM for many years, and more recently for Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM. As Microsoft updated it pricing at the end of last year, we’ve updated the CRM Software Blog’s Quick Quote tool.

There are no longer “plans” or bundles of functionality such as Customer Engagement Plan, Unified Operations Plan, and Dynamics 365 Plan.

Instead, each application within Microsoft Dynamics 365 can be purchased as a base license. Then additional functionality for each user can be added as an “Attach” license. It’s more of an a la carte model allowing you to pay for exactly what you need.

Microsoft allows you to mix different license and user types, so you pay just for what you need. First, select a Base license for each Dynamics 365 user in your organization. Then, you may add one or more Attach licenses to each Base license. Plus, you can choose from Full or Team Member licenses. Click here for details.

• Sales and Customer Service licenses are available in either a Professional or Enterprise level.
• Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation and Dynamics 365 for Talent can only be purchased as a standalone Base license and cannot be used as Attach license.
• Dynamics 365 for Marketing is a separate tenant-based subscription license model. It is not included in the CRM Software Blog Quick Quote. Contact a Dynamics 365 Partner for pricing.
• Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) pricing not included. Go to www.erpsoftwareblog.com/quick-quote for pricing.

It is true that you can get the license pricing easily online. However, the benefit of the CRM Software Blog Quick Quote is that we also provide estimated implementation pricing. And in this new version of the CRM Quick Quote we include a sample implementation plan, to give an outline of what to expect during an implementation.
The Quick Quote tool is a free service that we provide to our readers. It only takes a minute to find out the cost of owning Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM. Try the Quick Quote tool now.
