The solution began with creating a Category Classification Custom Model using Microsoft’s Copilot AI Builder. We trained the artificial intelligence on historical data by tagging examples of legitimate leads as well as spam. While the model learned, it became more proficient in accurately classifying leads.

Once it was deployed, the model filtered web form submissions, marking spam for further review and sending qualified leads directly to the sales team. This process significantly reduced the time spent sifting through junk entries while allowing the team to focus on high-value opportunities.
