Odoo CRM Experience

Anyone have any experience with Odoo? Currently looking to do a system overhaul; Accounting, CRM, Order Management (quote/sales orders). Given the blank slate would like to attempt to be able to connect/integrate all together.

I.E. Lead tracked down, quoted, quote turns into sales order, that then ties into supplier POs all flowing through accounting system and order history flowing through CRM.

Established industrial B2B business; distribution and custom builds. 20-30 employees, average employee tenure is long – would like a pretty user friendly option as this would be first type of system we use.
