Suggestions on a CRM for a business that helps not-for-profits raise funds?

Any help would be lovely! I have looked over lots of posts and suggestions for not-for-profit CRMs but we are not in fact a not-for-profit we just work with them so any discount would not apply.
We are moving from an excel sheet so baby steps is a must.
Key features- integration with social media – ability to hopefully pull leads?
Integration with Paperform is a must.

We do not need contract generation or appt scheduling (we are using and loving Motion for that).
So far on my list to demo is HubSpot, Zoho (I am confused on which specific service to use.. social, crm?) and Bitrix24. Any new suggestions or comments on the mentioned would be great. Thank you!
