CRM Recommendation Needed

Hi! I’m looking for some recommendations for a CRM program. We have used Pipedrive and Trello, but are finding that we need something a little more robust. We are a small business and would only need access for 5 employees.

B2B Brokering of Agricultural Commodities:

• Managing ~300 clients
• Robust email tracking
• Management of sales process from lead to a completed sale, and then have the ability to set reminders in the future for potential repurchase and connect them with previous deals
• Ability to tag/label deals with tags such as “spot market deal” or “multi-year contract” and to automate reminders based upon that tag/label
• Integration with Adobe Sign, QuickBooks and Google Workspace/Drive

Inventory and PO Management of Products

• We produce private label branded goods for multiple retail clients and we’d like a program that can manage inventory and track purchase orders as they come in (currently done on a spreadsheet)
