Automated and hands-off invoicing possible?

I’m looking for an invoicing software that has automated features and is hands-off. Specifically that it can create and send invoices (and create PayPal invoices) to merchants who have a balance but haven’t paid within the last 30 days.

Does such a software exist?

I have hundreds of merchants I work with. Creating and sending invoices to them is a huge time consuming task.
