A CRM just for email management?

Hi! Looking for recommendations for an email management software (struggling to find the right place to ask this question) for an agency that essentially provides an overview of all accounts and when they were last emailed/when we last received an email from them. Needs to integrate with IMAP and really don't need a CRM for anything else…
