Newbi needs help

Hi all,

I am starting my own bussiness and I need some sort of CRM solution. I looked at HubSpot and Zoho, but they look way to complicated for my simple needs.

I am looking for software, preferably free (as I only need 1 User account), that can help manage my hypnotherapy clients. The software should include the following features:

• Client Management: Ability to organize and store client information effectively.
• Appointment Scheduling: Tools to manage and book appointments seamlessly.
• Questionnaire Distribution: Functionality to send out questionnaires to clients, collect responses, and store them.
• Document Storage: The ability to save PDFs and other documents directly to client profiles.
• Cross-Platform Access: The software should be accessible from both a PC and an Android smartphone.

Any suggestions ?
