( votes)A big challenge I see when people come to Process Pro Consulting for help with HubSpot is that internally they don't have a unified measurement matrix.
It will be impossible to get accurate reporting and data out of HubSpot if you don't have a measurement matrix. Most orgs over complicate this, keep it simple and add additional details and mature it over time.
There are some really good frameworks out there like the Bowtie model by Winning by Design.
But if you don't have anything a good place to start is -Layout 5-7 key data points that you want to measure in the client acquisition and retention journey. – Create clear definitions for each data point – Define how and where you will measure it.
It should look something like the link in comm the comments when done
