Looking for: CRM for Gmail + ATT Office at Hand + WordPress

Is there any CRMs for small to medium size companies that integrate with Gmail, att office at hand, and WordPress?

Here is what I’d like to do vs hiring a developer to build a crm with the api connections.

A CRM that takes the quotes we build on the backend of our website and creates an account ( and suggestions if duplicate based on email?) schedule follow up email and text messages that originate / show that is coming from our actual phone number.

Be able to turn on and off scheduled follow ups.

Any suggestions.
