I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask (if not, please guide me). I use readymode automated dialer in my job as a cold caller for outbound calls. Of course my supervisor audits my calls and sometimes monitors them. There's some wait time between my calls and I get bored, so I try to listen to music or something. My question is: Is my supervisor able to listen to whatever I'm listening to when i get a call?
