AI WhatsApp + CRM for a small business

Hi! Hope you’re all doing well

I’m starting a business from scratch (kinda chiropractor service – no stuff for selling) and I’m having a hard time trying to figure out how to have an AI WhatsApp assistant linked (in real time) to a CRM platform, or a spreadsheet so I can capture my customers info and, the most important thing, they can manage their appointments by themselves.

What suggestions could you give me? At the begging I’m expecting to invoice near USD 3.000, very modest so I can’t afford very expensive solutions (having in mind the APIs to pay)
