Interview help needed to broaden knowledge of different CRMs

Hi Everyone.

I have an interview soon for a role that mentions CRM development. This was only a single line in the required skills but I suspect it is more important than it has been made out. I have experience with some CRM's but the term being so broad and with many products on the market, I would really appreciate any help anyone can give me on places to learn more about the different platforms and how they are configured and managed.

Ideally, I would like any training videos on any major CRM (not ERP) that I can easily watch over the coming days to help broaden and familiarise myself with them. I will also try to do some demos of any platforms that are mentioned so I can have more hands on experience.

Help me r/crm, you're my only hope … to get a better job.

Also if anyone has a link to any test data I could use to import to some CRM platforms to help me learn the processes, that would also be very helpful.
