Looking for combination personal & business CRM

Hi there, I would love your suggestions on a all in one app for ME. I would love to be able to track contact information, notes, follow up reminders and emails in one app for all aspects of my life. (two small businesses, friends, networking community, volunteer gigs, etc) Right now I have some emails in Outlook, some in gmail, contacts in different places, OneNote for notes, and I have ADHD so it would be nice to have one CRM for it all. I don't really care if it can create invoices and I don't need sales funnels. Just everything about everybody in one place. And I need to be able to sync or access on multiple devices including PC, iphone and ipad. What do you recommend?
