CRM INTEGRATION SOLUTION

I have following specific requirements that i am looking in the crm
1. Individual Google Sheets for Sales Consultants

• Requirement:
  • Each of the 10 sales consultants in both locations should have their own Google Sheet.
  • Sales consultant A cannot see sales consultant B's sheet and vice versa.
• Technical Specifications:
  • Create 20 Google Sheets.
  • Implement sharing permissions to restrict access to individual sales consultants and managers/admins.

2. Integration with Salesforce

• Requirement:
  • Updates made by sales consultants in their respective Google Sheets should be automatically reflected in Salesforce.
• Technical Specifications:
  • Use an integration tool to automate the data synchronization between Google Sheets and Salesforce.
  • Ensure real-time or near-real-time updates.

3. Automated Greetings via WhatsApp and Email

• Requirement:
  • Send automated greeting messages to customers who have purchased cars via WhatsApp and email.
• Technical Specifications:
  • Utilize CRM capabilities to automate email messages.
  • Integrate an API service for WhatsApp messaging.
  • Create message templates for both email and WhatsApp.
  • Schedule automated greetings based on customer data triggers.
