Which CRM is for me?

Hello there,

My work is simple, I must collect prices from multiple suppliers from different countries. Then, I must make a compilation, compare and make a selection depending on the offered price(s), customs fees, etc.

Currently, I send them the Excel file with the list of products and they return the file with their prices inserted. Then, I make a compilation with each supplier side by side in added columns.

I am looking for a CRM which would allow my suppliers to login and directly insert their prices on the platform and have the compilation/master file being updated automatically.

Is there a CRM/software (even WordPress plugin) which would help me achieve this?
