Looking for cloud-based contact management software that will sync phone numbers and email addresses for contacts to ~100 company mobile phones in real time and can be managed from a PC.

I work for a medium-sized company with several different departments that is looking for software that will manage the contacts of our employees, vendors, clients, etc., that can sync to ~100 company mobile phones in real time and that can be managed from a PC workstation. We use Microsoft 365, so I was looking into Microsoft Entra ID, but I'm not sure that will do what I'm looking for. Many products on the market do a ton more than contact management that we don't need or have other solutions for and have no interest in switching. Something simple and streamlined would be best. Any recommendations?
