CRM for a Virtual Assistant

Hi there, I am a start up VA and wanting to find a CRM which has customisable documents which can be attached to a client, I want invoicing and timers plus a whiteboard type functionality. Basically Moxie but with more features.

I've tried several and I haven't found one that works quite the way I want.
