HubSpot vs ClickUp vs Mailchimp? Please advise which one is best for me

I have a startup that's like Angie's List or TaskRabbit (connecting workers with clients).

I'm looking for the best tool to manage users, mainly:

• tagging and filtering (client/Pro, location, service category…)

• email/SMS marketing

• Customer service

• Managing messages and complaints…etc

Most options I checked have a limit of 1000-2000 contacts a month and we expect tens of thousands. Is there any service that best fits our startup needs that won't cost too much?
