Looking for a CRM solution that isn’t for sales – but for fostering connections between people

Hey,

Looking for a CRM solution that focuses on connections, and how people connect rather than following up on sales. We want to store contact info but we want to record touch points/connections.

I work for a local council and we are trying to build a network and community to grow smaller industries, we run small networking events and want to capture connections and try and measure success of business growth / success from the connections.

It's a little hard to explain!
